Pôlénergie participates in European consortia to encourage the scaling up of methodologies and solutions contributing to decarbonization and energy transition, consistent with its purpose. Pôlénergie also contributes to the elaboration of these projects, involving our members in line with their expertise.
Current projects:
Demonstrator of Industrial Carbon-free Power Generation from ORC-based waste-heat-to-energy systems (DECAGONE) – Horizon Europe.
- Project objective: installation of an ORC machine for the recovery of waste heat in a Czech steel plant (Energetika Trineĉ).
- Pôlénergie’s role: leader of a dedicated Work Package for the exploitation of project results, including business models.
Industrial Transition Hotspots (Interreg North Sea).
- Project objective: multi-energy industrial territorial intelligence project aimed at articulating local / regional energy needs and production capacities in several industrial sites in the “North Sea” area.
- Pôlénergie’s role: proposing a “toolkit” to facilitate the deployment of territorial intelligence approach.
